ACTIVITIES
MUSIC
Music is important to our school. We offer many musical options for students. Music class is taught in grades K-8. There are 2 choirs, one for grades 3-5 and one for grades 6-8. Classes and choirs sing in church. Piano and band lessons are offered, and students have the opportunity to join the Spartan band. In addition, students in 6-8 grade may participate in Handbells.
ATHLETICS
Students are encouraged to be physically active. St. Martin's offers a variety of sports' programs such as volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, and track. 7th and 8th grades may also participate in football, cross country, basketball, and track at Great Plains Lutheran High School

St. Martins encourages students to participate in a variety of activities to become well-rounded individuals. Plays and musicals are held in the fall and spring as are our social studies fair, art fair, and science activity night. Forensics is held every spring. Students are also encouraged and invited to participate in the geography and spelling bee, drama, and student council.
